When documented contradictions, fabricated expert testimony, and coordinated false representations went undetected across two court divisions, an appellate court, and a state licensing board, the system did not fail because the evidence was missing. It failed because nobody was looking at the whole picture. The billing records, the transcripts, the metadata, the credentials. It was all there. Spread across filings, across divisions, across agencies. No single court, no single judge, no single proceeding could see what only becomes visible when the full record is assembled in one place.
